NBA Bill Russell Documentary Headed to Netflix
Legend NBA Bill Russell will come to Netflix with a documentary directed by Sam Pollard Directing. This film comes from High Five Productions, LLC.
Recently celebrated his 88th birthday, Bill Russell had a long-term inheritance made well in court where he was most often associated with Boston Celtics and outside the court as a civil rights activist he continued to do today.
Sam Pollard directed the documentary film described by Spike Lee as a “filmmaker Master”. The latest project came last year with Citizen Ashe released HBO Max in early December 2021.
Other Pollard’s credit includes MLK / FBI, TN. Soul!, Black art: in the absence of light, and maynard.
Larry Gordon (Dream, Hard), Ross Greenburg (Magic & Birds: Dating rivals, Miracle), Mike Richardson (Hellboy, Academy of Umbrella) All produced.
The NBA documentary entitled Be-titled will sit next to many other basketball documentaries on Netflix. The biggest of the documents available is the last ESPN-Netflix Dance Co-production but other famous titles include your last chance: Basketball, Tony Parker: Short last, and countless: malice in the palace.
