Norwegian Anti-Islam Extremist’s Car Rammed After Copy Of Quran Burnt
Oslo, Norway: The leader of the Norwegian extremist anti-Islamic group was in the pursuit and a spectacular car collision on Saturday, a few minutes after burning the Koran on the outskirts of Oslo.
Norwegian police said they arrested two people, including car drivers accused of deliberately crashing into SUV Lars Thorsen, leader of the radical group “Stopping the Islamization of Norway” (Sian).
Five passengers at the SUV were slightly injured, with one need treatment at the hospital, said the police.
A video posted on Facebook shows Thorsen and other activists first drive to Mortensrud, the suburbs of Oslo with the large Muslim community.
A number of activists then placed a burning Quran in the middle of a small intersection, initially succeeded in pushing back local people who tried to extinguish the fire.
The angry crowd gathered, including a woman who reached for a scorched book before climbing to the gray mercedes.
SUVs of anti-Islamic activists, painted with camouflage, then leave the scene. But a few seconds later, it was followed by Mercedes, who first hit him lightly and finally hit him quickly, canceling the vehicle.

The incident came a week after an armed man killed two people and injured 21 others in Central Oslo.
Norwegian domestic intelligence services describe the attack as “acts of Islamic terrorism”.
Scandinavia’s right-wing anti-Islamic activist has specialized to burn the Quran in the environment with a large Muslim population in recent years.
