Netflix Original Series ‘Soundtrack’ Leaving Netflix in March 2022

The removal of notifications continues to come and this is a very interesting removal. The native Netflix series soundtrack which only lasts for one season will depart Netflix throughout the world with expiration notice that says the title will depart on March 1, 2022.

At one point in his life, the show was called Mixtape before it was renamed the soundtrack. The first 10 episode season was released on December 18, 2019 to a variety of reviews. Unfortunately it was the only one and done for the event Netflix canceled the series just a few weeks later.

The elimination of the soundtrack surprise came along with a group of other Disney property, all wanted to leave the service on March 1.

The soundtrack, although labeled netflix original, was developed and distributed by the 20th television which is now under Disney umbrella.

The biggest titles missing are Marvel series including brave, Jessica Jones, Iron Fist, Luke Cage, and Punisher but other titles such as American crime stories, American horror stories, poses, and shield agents.

In recent income calls, Disney hinted that it would soon take a loss of around $ 200 million when it was not licensed to TV and Svod. It seems that some of the money is spent buying various licenses.

With Disney pull back the show is possible for its own platform whether it is Disney + International and / or upstream in the United States, there may be several calls for updates under Disney banners but it seems impossible.

After the show departs Netflix, it will be added to the list of each netflix original title that has been removed from the service that has grown significantly over the past few years.

Could The Politician and Ratched be next?

The soundtrack is not the only Netflix show purchased from the 20th television over the past few years and presents as genuine Netflix.

Two of the main titles Netflix has increased in recent years politicians and ratched. The first seems to be canceled after two seasons (which was ordered in advance) and the latter had become Mia even though it was extended for the second season.

None of these two shows now shows notification of removal for now but this can be an indication that they can go in the future.
